Afterwards, squeeze out the strained parts to the jar for single extraction. In addition, a double extraction is optional. Just boil the strained mushroom with five times volume of water for an hour. Let it cool first before filtering it again. Add this to the single extraction tincture. Recommended dose is 10-ml, thrice a day, or one teaspoon, twice daily.
